All i need from you is your best training attitude, and a little patience when it comes to meeting your goals. But remember that if you are motivated then you are already half way there!
And last but not least, training shoes, some fresh water, and please be at our scheduled place on-time.
I will come to your place of choice, call it your backyard, home gym, living room, you name it, at our scheduled time, with the equipment necessary to have a functional and efficient workout.
If you don't have a place to workout at, we can meet at Tahoe club 100 where we can train in the privacy of a beautiful and very well equipped studio.
When we learn something new, it is easy to feel self-conscious. I will help you remove that fear, as proper form, techniques, routines, etc, are all learned in a one-on-one environment.
I will be there specially and only for you, no distractions, no interruptions. I will give you the results you are looking for by devoting my time, during your private training class, specially to you, challenging and pushing you beyond what you thought your limits were.

I RELY IN MUSCLE CONFUSION BY CHANGING WORKOUTS, SOMETIMES WE WILL BE CIRCUIT TRAINING, SOMETIMES STRENGTH AND MUSCLE FATIGUE TRAINING AND OTHERS BODY WEIGHT AND CORE CONDITIONING, TO NAME a few. It will always be different from session to session.
